They are looking for someone with a diploma or degree in bookkeeping and at least 3 years' experience. Duties Will IncludeManage the admin department and ensure all processes and procedures are followedEnsure all relevant supporting documents are in place prior to capturing transactionsEnsure all cashbooks are allocated on a daily basis (debtors)Reconcile panel shop debtors acounts and send out statements weeklyMonitor debtor and creditor accounts, ensuring timely collections and payments.
