Our OpportunityThe position of Landscape Construction Supervisor manages a team maintaining and enhancing council parks, gardens, and landscaped areas, through a wide variety of Landscape construction practices to ensure our Open Spaces are attractive, functional and safe for the community. The Key Focus Areas Of This Role Include Supervise and lead a Team engaging in all aspects of Landscape Construction projects.

Efficiently Schedule work programs with competing priorities to ensure the delivery of a high level of service Manage Contractors in relation to Projects ensuring completion of programs on time and within approved budgets Develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and improve results Develop WHS systems and standards relating to open space maintenance and construction ensuring compliance against relevant Statutory Regulations. Role model these standards.

Facilitate continuous improvement and seek opportunities to collaborate with other teams to support a positive cross team culture Respond and communicate effectively with our customers to efficiently resolve requests and contribute to a positive customer experience Utilise Council systems to deliver works and contribute to the Asset Management processAbout YouWhat you will bring to our team: Landscape Construction Certificate, relevant trade qualification or significant demonstrated relevant experience Demonstrated experience Supervising a large team on landscape construction projects Current Class C (minimum) drivers licence Ability to use computer-based systems.
