Company Description The Retreat is a small, homelike assisted living facility in East Pasadena. Role DescriptionWe have a night shift caregiver position available. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Additional duties involve monitoring resident safety, maintaining cleanliness in living areas, and fostering a supportive and inclusive community. Qualifications Experience in providing personal care assistance, such as bathing, grooming, and dressingKnowledge of basic healthcare practices, including medication management and health monitoringStrong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with residents and their familiesAbility to perform housekeeping tasks and assist with meal preparationCompassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of older adultsAbility to work in a team setting and follow instructionsPrevious caregiving or eldercare experience is highly preferredCPR and First Aid certification is a plus
