What You’ll Be DoingDrive product experience designOwn end-to-end design work across key product areas—from discovery to delivery. Transform complex workflows into elegant, intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Develop and maintain a scalable, component-based design system that aligns with accessibility standards. Champion human-centered designCollaborate with product managers, engineers, and clinical advisors to identify user problems and design meaningful solutions. Synthesize research insights, product strategy, and data into clear design decisions. Design for diverse user types—from solo practitioners to large care teams, and from tech-savvy patients to those with lower digital literacy. Bring strategic & systems thinkingBuild design frameworks and UI patterns that scale across multiple domains and personas. Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to shape product direction.
Collaborate across teams to ensure consistency and cohesion in experience design. Uphold quality and executionCreate high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and production-ready assets. Work closely with developers during sprints to ensure design intent is realized. Continuously test, learn, and iterate based on customer feedback and usage patterns. What you’ll bring5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing clean, effective, and user-centered digital products. Experience designing across a variety of domains or industries (e. g. SaaS, fintech, edtech, healthtech, etc. ). Excellent command of design tools (Figma preferred), design systems, and responsive web/mobile UI.
A track record of translating complex requirements into elegant design solutions. Strong UX research acumen—comfortable running or synthesizing user testing and customer interviews.
