Task Responsibilities: This role is part of Cargolux General Procurement & Administration team and aims to enhance and modernize tools/systems used by Cargolux departments Design an end-to-end digital workflow for onboarding new vendors to Cargolux in alignment with different departments (users and approvers) and in line with company policies. Realize the detailed scoping of the project (internal resources, costs) and detail the required timelineIf approval granted, kick off the implementationEssential Requirements For The Position: Fluency in written and spoken English.
French, German, Luxembourgish, and other languages are a distinct advantageBachelor Degree in IT with commercial experience, or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (or similar) with strong IT skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsProficiency in integration between systems for data exchange is an advantageProject management experience is an advantage Working Conditions: Position based in LuxembourgA Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
