The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative corporate environment while supporting high-impact brand, trade, and promotional initiatives. The position reports directly to the Marketing Manager and plays a key role in coordinating marketing strategies, events, and cross-functional projects. This is a unique opportunity to build skills in brand execution, trade marketing, event planning, and sales support, all while contributing to a dynamic and growing company.

What You’ll DoManage the development, inventory, ordering, and distribution of promotional materials to the sales team, ensuring timely availability and alignment with brand strategies. Execute point-of-sale marketing tactics (Trade Marketing), including activations, POP materials, and promotions, in coordination with the commercial team. Prepare pricing studies and competitive analyses to support commercial strategy and pricing decisions. Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of in-store demonstration programs, including ROI evaluation. Coordinate the company’s participation in conventions, trade shows, and promotional events, managing logistics, materials, products, and post-event analysis.

Represent the company in external meetings with clients, suppliers, vendors, or strategic partners, as needed. Collect and maintain key product information (UPC, logos, images, descriptions) for use in presentations, catalogs, and digital platforms. Monitor and track marketing department expenses, ensuring budget compliance and timely account updates with suppliers/vendors. Conduct store visits to validate initiative execution, identify improvement opportunities, and gather market insights. Generate sales reports by brand, channel, or initiative to provide strategic visibility for decision-making. Create and maintain organized records of invoicing, brand initiatives, and supporting documentation.

Support the planning and execution of internal meetings, corporate events, and institutional activities. Collaborate on social media content coordination, digital campaigns, and influencer management as required. Participate in the preparation of presentations for business reviews, product launches, and supplier meetings. Assist in the management of samples, donations, and special product requests for promotional or institutional initiatives. Oversee and coordinate the operation of "La Tiendita" and the WIC program, ensuring continuous product availability and compliance with program requirements. Coordinate with Customer Service and MAAS teams to ensure efficient operation of "La Tiendita" and the execution of related initiatives.

What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. Skills & Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in digital tools and business-related computer applications. Expert-level knowledge of productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with strong skills in data analysis, executive presentations, and professional documentation.
