Marketing Manager – Local Power Brands (LPBs)Are you motivated by brands that connect deeply with local consumers? Join us to shape the next phase of our Local Power Brands journey and help elevate the role of marketing across the Carlsberg Group. In this role, you will help to shape the positioning of selected Local Power Brands as a global center of excellence, facilitating alignment across markets and bringing innovative marketing thinking into action.

You will be at the heart of our transformation towards more effective, more distinctive brands and more capable marketing organizationsWhat you’ll be doingSpecifically, your key responsibilities are: Manage the global Local Power Brands (LPB) agenda (100+ brands) and oversee the strategic development of : 10 brands per year, ensuring alignment with our marketing framework and local market needs. Coordinate and co-facilitate positioning strategy sessions, workshops, and capability-building forums across markets. Codify and share local best practices, success models, and repeatable innovation frameworks to inspire and uplift other markets development plans.

Partner with strategic planning and creative agencies to co-create and deliver impactful workshops and tools for markets. Cooperate and co-deliver impactful solutions together with local teams and global centers of excellence, e. g. Innovation, Media and Consumer Experience teams. Strengthen the global LPB community, enabling peer learning and knowledge sharing through structured networks and engagement platforms. Act as a sparring partner and advisor to local marketing teams on positioning, brand building, and capability development.

What we’re looking forWe are looking for a practical, motivated marketing professional with an accomplished record in brand strategy, positioning, and activation planning — ideally within local FMCG brands produced and marketed in culturally distinct environments. To thrive in this role, you should have: At least 3 years of experience in brand marketing within a local market, with a focus on locally produced brands. Demonstrated experience in developing brand positioning, communication platforms, and activation plans from strategy through execution. Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, especially with insights, innovation, and creative agency partners.

Experience working with or conducting local cultural research or ethnographic studies, with sensitivity to heritage, regional identity, and consumer culture. Experience in facilitating or leading workshops, brand sprints, or internal marketing conferences. Proficient project management, organizational, and presentation skills — able to self-organize and prioritize broad tasks with minimal direction. A creative mindset: you are quick to ideate, fast to act, and always on the lookout for ways to bring brand opportunities to life. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint (for storytelling) and SharePoint (for knowledge sharing). Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
