Ensure approval from brand team. Understand and sales cycle and develop the promotional plans to suit the cycleDeveloping contacts, maintaining healthy business relations and dealings with institutions providing advertising, promotion services, suppliers and media.
Continuously optimize all processes regarding trade marketing activities and expendituresCollecting and reporting comparative promotion activities of competitors periodicallyKeep track of POS and POP items and ensuring smooth allocation and dispatch and effective use in all markets. Timely prepare and submit monthly claims for settlement. Undertaking sales and marketing activities as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Job RequirementsMinimum of 5–10 years’ experience in channel marketing and consumer activations within the FMCG/beer industry. Proven track record of successfully delivering visibility campaigns and programs end-to-end, from briefing to sales team support and execution.
Strong understanding of experiential marketing and brand experience across the industry, including insights, measurement, and best practices. Experience in managing complex POSM production and logistics. Demonstrated ability in agency and third-party supplier management. Retail marketing experience with a B2C brand. Passion for creating and delivering innovative ideas and experiences. Fluency in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in computer applications. Strong analytical skills.
