Job DescriptionWe are a leading boutique family law firm looking to fill a legal administrative/ Client Liaison role. Caroline Counsel Family Lawyers (CCFL) is one of Australia’s leading family law boutique firms and is offering a legal administrative/ Client Liaison role. The successful candidate will need exceptional personal presentation at the highest level even when working in the online environment. Exceptional communication and people skills are also vitally important as it is a front-facing role, and they will often be the first point of contact for our clients. The successful candidate will also require the ability to multi-task and prioritise work and demonstrate adaptive thinking when working with CCFL’s administrative precedents. They will also need to be proficient typist and have other competent computer skills (such as being familiar with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Microsoft To Do, etc).
