Job TitleCarpentry EstimatorJob Description SummaryManage the end-to-end pricing and contract management for allocated clients and assist in the delivery of works from quality quotes presented in a timely manner, to completion of jobs including project reconciliation, Cost to completes, and financial application management.Updating the quotes database, and pipeline of works programme with the support of the wider team for your allocated portfolio(s).Job DescriptionAbout the Role: Manage pricing, scope, and quote preparation for Minor and Major works using approved tools and protocols.Ensure all quotes meet C&W review, approval, and contractual compliance standards before submission.Deliver projects within agreed timelines, quality benchmarks, and margin targets, including monthly reconciliations.Maintain accurate project documentation, including quote databases, program updates, and variation tracking.Collaborate with project managers, clients, and internal teams to support delivery and uphold quality systems.About YouMinimum 5 years’ trade experience in commercial maintenance, including 2 years in project pricing or management.Trade qualification in Carpentry with exposure to multi-trade environments.Proficient in estimating tools (e.g., VO6), with strong written communication for quote preparation.Skilled in client relationship management and collaborative project delivery.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
