    OPPORTUNITYCarriageworks is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital charge for one of Australia’s most dynamic contemporary multi-arts organisations. In this hands-on role, you’ll drive digital strategy across platforms to grow audiences, deepen engagement and increase ticket sales. You’ll be a digital storyteller and strategist with a strong grasp of analytics and a passion for the arts. Working closely with a collaborative marketing team and external partners, you'll lead digital planning, publishing, content, performance and innovation across:

Organic Social Media & Community EngagementPaid Campaigns (Digital Advertising & SEM/SEO)Copy and Content CreationEmail and SMS Communications (CRM/Direct Marketing)Website and SEO ManagementCRM Data Insights and Integration (Analytics & Reporting)Key ResponsibilitiesDuties include:

Developing and executing targeted social and content strategies across digital platformsManaging and optimising paid campaigns with internal and agency supportWriting compelling content for web, email, and social in Carriageworks’ brand voiceOverseeing email marketing and SMS communications, including monthly enewsMaintaining and improving the Carriageworks website, applying SEO best practicesAnalysing performance data and producing monthly digital reports and post campaign reports with key insightsPREFERRED CRITERIA 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, experience in the arts or events is a bonusStrong writing skills and the ability to create engaging digital content with a consistent tone of voice that drives audience connection and ticket salesA proven track record in developing and executing innovative paid and organic social media campaignsExperience managing a digital content calendar across multiple platformsHands-on knowledge of CMS (e.

g. WordPress), email marketing tools (e. g. WordFly, Mailchimp), and analytics platformsConfidence in analysing data and reporting on performance across web, email, and social media with the ability to turn insights into actionExcellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesA flexible, can-do attitude including the willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as requiredDESIRABLE CRITERIAKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, WordFly and TessituraFamiliarity with the arts industryFamiliarity with project management systems like SmartSheet and Brandwatch BENEFITSAccess to complimentary tickets for Carriageworks shows.
