About the Role:You will be able to communicate with technical-level clients of operators and have the ability to design and discuss future-oriented network transformation solutions.Responsibilities:Identify existing problems and challenges in current customer networks and propose future-oriented network architecture designs based on industry development trends, providing technical recommendations for network evolution.Understand the industry environment, competition, customer strategies, and critical points of operator network business solutions.Identify industry development trends, market opportunities, and threats.Compare with key customers and drive the incubation of scenario-based solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in field of telecommunications etc.Portuguese as the working language and the ability to support daily communication in English.Required Skills:Ability to understand requirements and design solutions: Capable of understanding customer network and business needs and designing solutions considering product, competition, profitability, and feasibility.Communication and customer orientation skills: Capable of effectively conveying the value of products and solutions.Project management skills: Capable of formulating solution strategies, implementing solutions, and achieving project success.At least two years of experience in operator network product design, technical sales, delivery, and operation and maintenance; experience in operator network expertise (IP/transport/access).Preferred SkillsAdditional experience in areas related to network technology.
