Associate -Banking Lawyer

BANKING AND FINANCE ASSOCIATE – LUXEMBOURGMy client, an international law firm, is currently looking to recruit two Banking and Finance lawyers with 2-7 years of experience (two separate roles, one Junior and one Senior) to join their Banking and Finance Team in Luxembourg. The roleAssist clients on financial and regulatory matters including capital markets, securitisation and international financing arrangements (clients are financial institutions and international corporates)Assist clients on a wide range of banking & finance transactions such as corporate lending, acquisition finance, asset-based lending, project finance and public-private partnerships (PPP), structured finance and securitisations. Assist financial institutions on all aspects of their regulated activities, including contacts with the regulators, application for licenses, launch of new products or services, corporate governance, compliance matters and M&A in the financial sector. YouDegree/Masters Degree in Law, LL.

M or equivalent in Banking & Finance law would be an additional assetFluency in English and GermanAdmitted to the Bar ideally in Luxembourg or be eligible to be admitted2-7 years experience in a law firm in Luxembourg within their banking/finance practice.
