My client is a leading global trading firm that helps financial markets run efficiently by providing liquidity and stability. With a strong focus on technology and innovation, they operate across major markets worldwide. We’re looking for a strategic marketing leader to shape and grow an our brand across the APAC region. In this lead role, you’ll set the vision and strategy for how we attract top talent across both campus and experienced hires through strong positioning, standout campaigns, and targeted regional initiatives.
You will also lead a small, high-performing team with two direct reports, overseeing regional execution and supporting the delivery of global marketing initiatives. The Role: Lead APAC recruitment marketing: In collaboration with recruitment, set and drive the strategy for how the company attracts and engages top talent across both campus and experienced hire. Execute the global brand strategy in-region: Activate the global brand strategy across APAC markets, ensuring consistency in positioning, tone, and visual identity while adapting for cultural relevance and audience resonance. Collaborate across regions:
Work closely with global marketing and other regional marketing leads in Europe, the US, and India to share insights, align messaging, and contribute to a cohesive global brand experience. Strategic campaign oversight: Provide direction for campaigns across campus recruitment, experienced hire, and brand-led initiatives (e. g. trading challenges and gaming initiatives), including creative briefing, channel strategy, and performance analysis. Act as a senior partner: Work alongside business leaders, recruiters, and HR to translate hiring goals into marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. Own content and storytelling strategy:
Oversee the creation of compelling narratives and content across digital, social, video, and events designed to elevate the brand and reflect the company’s people, culture, and ambition. Identify and manage brand partnerships and sponsorships: Lead the development of regional partnerships and sponsorships that support brand-building and community engagement objectives, working closely with global marketing. Measure and optimise: Define KPIs, monitor impact, and work with global counterparts to share learnings and continuously improve campaign effectiveness and brand performance. Ideal Candidate:
10+ years’ experience in brand marketing or employer branding – ideally within high-growth, fast-paced or technical environmentsPassionate about employer branding, candidate experience, and building campaigns that attract the best and brightestStrong strategic thinking and storytelling skills, with a deep understanding of what drives talent engagement across campus and experienced audiencesConfident advising senior stakeholders and collaborating across functions and regionsExperienced in leading marketing strategy, agency relationships, and multi-market initiativesData-driven mindset with the ability to set clear KPIs and translate insights into actionFamiliarity with APAC markets and cultural nuances across Australia and New Zealand. Hong Kong and China are a plus.
