About the RoleThis is a dual-role opportunity involving both new business acquisition ("hunting") and account management ("farming"). You will play a key role in expanding the client base while nurturing existing relationships to deliver innovative digital transformation solutions across a range of industries.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market research. Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with service offerings and market trends. Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and revenue expansion. Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and solution demos. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client success. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions. Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates. Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.

Key Requirements5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in IT Solution sales, Consulting or Digital Transformation. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing client portfolios. Strong lead generation and deal-closing skills. Excellent relationship management and communication abilities. Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions. Self-motivated, organised, and collaborative.
