Job Description

As Watches Merchandiser you will be part of the Marketing and Merchandising team based in Amsterdam and will report to the Marketing & Merchandising Manager. You will be responsible for optimizing and monitoring stocks in our wholesale & retail networks. You will work with 6 boutiques and more than 30 watch specialists points of sale across the Benelux & Nordics region. How will you make an impact? Assess the supply needs on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to reach sales target and ideal stock level by point of sales in our boutiques and watch specialists partners.

Discuss ad hoc support to echo marketing and commercial campaigns. Elaborate and implement the stock, assortment and stock value target for our market. Review and update assortments in collaboration with Boutiques, Commercial team, Marketing and Central Operations. Ensure product availability for points of sale & Retail boutiques. Monitor the product life cycle & replenishment. Partner up with Central Operations to monitor and ensure sufficient replenishment and set up appropriate stock policy. Collaborate with product managers regarding novelty launches and sales forecasts. Analyze sell-out and rotation by point of sale and make allocation plan accordingly. Optimize stock quality in the zone.

Provide reporting and analysis on a weekly and monthly basis. How will you experience success with us? Relevant experience in merchandising or supply chain in a commercial/retail environment. Thrive in a multicultural work environment. Commercial and business minded. Self-motivated, quick learner, positive attitude, ability to plan and prioritize. Agile, quick thinking, anticipation and decision making. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Excellent analytical skills with commercial sense/perspective. Affinity with systems & tools. Expert in Microsoft Office & SAP, able to quickly learn & adapt to new programs. Ability to work in fast pace in quickly changing Luxury environment. Language :
