Job Description

As Watches Merchandiser you will be part of the Marketing and Merchandising team based in Amsterdam and will report to the Marketing & Merchandising Manager. You will be responsible for optimizing and monitoring stocks in our wholesale & retail networks. You will work with 6 boutiques and more than 30 watch specialists points of sale across the Benelux & Nordics region.

How will you make an impact? Build stock assortment strategy in line with business objectives Dimension assortment for the range and the novelties for all the distribution networks; Ensure satisfying assortment coverage all year long, anticipating peak of activity to avoid shortages; Negotiate additional quantities when needed; Review twice a year the assortment with our commercial teams and central operations team;Monitor stock distribution to maximize business opportunities Ensure availability in retail wholesale point of sales throughout the year; Re-allocate quantities across countries to ensure visibility of the offer in line with Maison’s objectives; Provide reporting and analysis on a weekly and monthly basis;How will you experience success with us? Relevant experience in merchandising or supply chain in a commercial/retail environment Commercial and business minded Self-motivated, quick learner, positive attitude, ability to plan and prioritize Excellent organizational and analytical skills Affinity with systems & tools, able to quickly learn & adapt to new programs Thrive in a multicultural work environment Language :
