Job Title: Strategic Project ManagerReport to: Managing DirectorLocation: Seoul, Korea OfficeMISSIONAs Strategic Project Manager, you will partner closely with the Managing Director to lead high-impact projects that support Cartier Koreaās business priorities and transformation roadmap. You will drive enterprise-wide initiatives across key functions and play a critical role in strategic collaborations with Richemont Korea. The role requires strong project leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to craft and deliver executive-level communication with clarity and visual excellence.
MAIN RESPONSIBILIITESStrategic Project Leadership & Stakeholder EngagementLead end-to-end planning and execution of cross-functional projects driven by the Managing Director, covering key business themes such as commercial acceleration, operational excellence, client strategy, and organizational development. Collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, and other internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with Cartier Koreaās business direction. Partner with Richemont Korea to co-lead joint strategic projects, ensuring coordination across Maisons and integration into group-level frameworks and initiatives. Oversee project milestones, manage dependencies, anticipate risks, and drive resolution through strong stakeholder collaboration.
Deliver regular updates, project dashboards, and briefing materials to executive stakeholders in both Cartier and Richemont. Strategic Planning & Executive CommunicationSupport the Managing Director in defining strategic orientations, business priorities, and KPIs for key initiatives. Develop and deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations and executive-level communication materials that clearly articulate project goals, insights, and business recommendations. Transform complex business information into compelling visual stories to support decision-making at both local and regional levels. Facilitate strategy meetings, workshops, and cross-functional working groups with strong narrative structure and clear outcome orientation.
Business Intelligence & Performance ReportingConduct global and Korea market research and competitive analysis to inform project strategies and identify growth opportunities or risks. Consolidate commercial, marketing, and finance data to produce regular business reviews and forecasts. Prepare internal performance reports and contribute to business steering through structured analysis and visual storytelling. Key Competencies & QualificationsAbove bachelorās degree and MBA preferred. (or Masterās degree related field)Min. 10 years of professional experience in Business Consulting, Project Management and/or strategic development project in industry. Proven experience in strategic project management, business planning, or consulting, ideally in dynamic and cross-functional environments.
Strong ability to lead and coordinate complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders, both within Cartier and across Richemont. Excellent PowerPoint and visual communication skillsāable to translate ideas into impactful executive presentations. High level of analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and strategic mindset. Fluent in Korean and English; strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
