Key ResponsibilitiesPEOPLE ANALYTICSDevelop and implement the Maison's People Analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making. Oversee the creation of advanced, robust, and sustainable people analytics dashboards, leveraging our people data to provide actionable insights and support business performance. Drive the democratization of people analytics, empowering HR and business stakeholders with access to relevant workforce insights and self-service analytics capabilities. Partner with the Richemont Group HR People Analytics team to accelerate deliveries and capitalize on Group practices and recommendations.
Oversee HR data platform management, securing compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies leveraging data lake architecture. Establish and maintain data stewardship practices to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all HR systems and processes. HR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATIONLead Cartier's global multi-year HR digital transformation program in close partnership with Richemont Group teams, ensuring Cartier's specific needs are fully integrated. Drive the Cartier HR Digital roadmap, ensuring successful Workday implementation and adoption, with a strong focus on change management and user adoption strategies.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of complementary digital HR solutions that meet the needs of the business. PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT AND PMOEstablish and maintain a robust portfolio management framework for all International HR initiatives. Ensure the use of project management methodologies and best practices across the team, with a focus on AGILE and Product Management following Group’s recommendations. Leverage the use of Monday. com to provide transparency on all International HR initiatives, enabling effective prioritization against strategic objectives. TEAM LEADERSHIPLead and manage a team of experts, providing clear direction and strategic vision.
