We are now looking for a driven and curious intern to join Casall!As a Sustainability Intern, you will be part of our sustainability work and contribute to key projects – including climate calculations. You will gain hands-on experience in how sustainability is integrated across the value chain and within the organization, including but not limited to areas such as product development, logistics and compliance.
The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, giving you broad exposure to sustainability in practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKSSupport Casall’s internal work on climate impact assessments and related sustainability data collectionAssist in developing and improving tools for climate calculations and sustainability performance trackingCollect and distribute various certificatesContribute with research and benchmarking to support decision-making within sustainability strategyTake part in cross-functional collaboration with other departments such as Product Development and LogisticsParticipate in meetings and workshops related to sustainability and product developmentProvide administrative support where needed, including updating documents and collecting supplier dataQUALIFICATIONSPersonal abilitiesStructured, curious, and solution-orientedPassionate about sustainability and the role businesses play in the green transitionSelf-driven and able to take initiativeAnalytical mindset and comfortable working with dataCommunicative and a positive team playerRequirementsCurrently pursuing education at a swedish college or university within a related field such as sustainability or textilesInternship (LIA) must be part of your studies and last a minimum of 10 weeksThe internship period should take place during fall 2025 or spring 2026Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Additional language skills are a plusGood knowledge of Excel or similar tools is a plusProven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across departments and manage supplier relationships effectively. ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONThis internship is based in our Stockholm office, with the possibility to work remotely 1–2 days per week. You will report to the Assortment Development & Sustainability Manager.
