If this resonates with you and sounds like something you’d like to be a part of, we want to hear from you!$1,000.00 Sign On Bonus!!The RoleAs the Case Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, facilitating, and documenting the service planning for individuals with Developmental Disabilities as well as working collaboratively with other community resources to ensure the quality of service provision.What We’re Looking For Associate degree or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred Two-three years of relevant field experience preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.
