Other duties may be assigned.File OpeningOpen claims, send LORsSend correspondence to clients, insurance, and defendantsRequest and review investigative reports, such as TCRs and incident logsLearn to effectively use ACT for task and time managementAssist Case Manager on day to day tasks II. Initial Investigation Confirm policy coverages and informationPrepare written DMV and adjuster correspondence for CM reviewPerform asset, DMV, and policy limit searches III. Client Communication & Property Damage Schedule vehicle inspection, repair, & rentalsKnow and confidently discuss the handling of property damage to clients IV.
