Global Shepherds is a non-profit organization that provide care, welfare & all forms of intervention to those in poverty, victims of gender based violence & other forms of abuse, neglect & exploitation.ResponsibilitiesAs a Case Officer, you will be responsible for providing direct support and case management for residents in the shelter. Your key duties include:Conduct needs assessment & develop case management planParticipate in case conferencing & ability to network with other external agencies to support clients’ needsAssist in crisis and emergency situations when requiredMinimum requirements:Diploma in Counselling, Social Work or PsychologyAbility to work both in a team and independently with minimal supervisionGood communication & interpersonal skillsBasic computer skillsKindly send your application to info@globalshepherds.my
