Our Head office is located in Mount Pritchard and supports businesses across NSW, QLD, VIC and the ACT.About The RoleWe are currently searching for a driven and dedicated Cash Control Officer, relief Cash Control Supervisor on a part-time basis to join our close-knit team at Mounties, located in Mount Pritchard.The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing the needs of our customers internally and externally, whilst supporting the Group CCO Manager in maintaining and enhancing a robust control framework across the groups CCO operations in a confidential and accountable manner.More Specifically, Some Of Your Key Duties Will IncludeClearance reconciliationPreparing Club bankingIssuing and balancing floats including keno, bars and change barsAssisting with the preparation of ATMsBalancing at the end of the shiftProvide advice and recommendations relating to process flows and reportingBalancing of all Club moniesMonitor and review cash handling within the organisation including POS variances.Recording all transactionsMaintain petty cash records in accordance with club policyMinimise the clubs cash exposure during all operational hoursMaintain and coordinate the implementation of cash control procedures as required.Performing any other duty reasonably requested at any other timeAbout YouThe ideal candidate, would have the following skills and experiences:Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Micros POS, Clubline accounting software);Strong hands-on accounting skills;Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;Excellent time management skills;Attention to detail;Strong numerical skills with high level accuracy;Self-directed, whilst working in a team environment;Demonstrated problem solving abilityWilling to travel when required depending on business needsPossess a current NSW Liquor and Gaming RSA and RCG competency cardOur BenefitsDiscounted gym membershipUniforms providedOngoing training and development opportunitiesFun & supportive teamReward and Recognition and much more!The successful applicant must be prepared to complete a NSW Police Check.WHY MOUNTIES?We have over 250,000 members and are listed as one of Australia’s top privately owned companies.
