Your role will focus on applying established guidelines for cash management, working capital, and inventory processes, while ensuring compliance with internal controls.You will conduct variance analysis, provide initial commentary, and support the implementation of corrective actions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This position plays a key role in delivering insights that drive operational and financial performance across the organization.We currently offer a hybrid working pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely. Scope of the RolePrepare a 26-week cash forecast, analyze risks and opportunities, and track performance against targets.Prepare monthly Operating Cash Flow reports with comprehensive commentary, highlighting variances from the annual plan and semi-annual forecast.Develop presentations for Management, including remediation recommendations.Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Business Partner clusters to meet Cash Flow targets.Contribute to the preparation of the annual Operating Cash Flow plan.Support the implementation and maintenance of systems, processes, documentation, projects, and programs related to Working Capital, Cash, and Inventory policies and practices.Experience RequiredA minimum of 4 years experience in finance/accounting in international environmentBachelor Degree in Finance, Controlling or AccountingExperience in Accounting and / or FinanceKnowledge of Finance in general and Cash Flow, Cash Forecasting, Working Capital in particularAdvanced level of ExcelFluent in EnglishHands-on experience of Shared Services transition a plusWe believe our people are our greatest asset.
