Nearly 200 employees work closely together in Switzerland and Singapore to handle the banking operations of demanding customers.🤓 The teamYou will be member of the Cash and Securities Investigation & Reconciliation team, responsible for the reconciliation of the cash movements and the securities positions, and the related investigations.The team is in charge of the analysis of all the requests related to incoming and outgoing payments and their follow up until their resolution.The team supports our client's banks and ensures an efficient and a high quality services.But here’s the exciting part: you’ll be helping launch this activity from scratch in Lisbon, working closely with our experienced team in Switzerland.The role will be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Av. Dom João II 43, 1990-084 Lisboa, Portugal).👨‍🔧 Your ResponsibilitiesAnalyze internal requests received by the front office /the middle office linked to the cash transfer activity (incoming and outgoing payments)Analyze the requests received by the third parties (through MTN95/96/99) and mainly related to cash transfer activityTake the necessary action to solve the problems /issueFormalize the action in our core banking system (opening, monitoring and closing of investigation files with a result obligation)Management of client request through the Helpdesk tickets (linked to the investigations file)OthersParticipation in company projectsProactive drives and implements process enhancement (continuous improvement)Ensure training of new colleagues when required🧙‍♂️ Your core competenciesMinimum 2 years' experience working in banking operations (focus on cash transfers is a plus)Degree in Finance / Business holderClient Service orientedLeverage technical expertise to provide quality processing and solutions to our clientBuild and maintain a strong communication channel with clients and stakeholdersEnsure that the controls are performed according to the procedureAbility to be part of the diagnostic process and implement solutionsStrong end to end products knowledge for cash transfers (such as xml format use for cash transfers)Demonstrate an in depth front to back knowledge of the cash processingAbility to demonstrate a change mindset and challenge status quoDemonstrate a process excellence mindset and awareness of risk managementBe part of the culture of process excellence and quality focusPro-active and open to new initiativesKeep attention to detailsAble to prioritize tasks and handle stressful situations (sometimes)💥 Benefits25 days of annual leave for a healthy work-life balance.Generous healthcare contribution and attractive pension plan14-month salary structure (12 months + vacation + Christmas allowance).Meal card (Pluxee – €11.60/day).Annual performance bonus.Hybrid work model – up to 2 days/week from home.Permanent contract in a stable and professional environment.Ongoing training and career development within Azqore and the Crédit Agricole Group.🎯 About the recruitment process?One of our Talent Acquisition Partner will contact you for an initial discussion.If you decide (you & the Talent Acquisition Partner) to go ahead with the process, you'll have a meeting with the manager.Taking the next step in the process?
