This role plays a critical part in ensuringseamless day-to-day operations within the HR department and delivering apositive employee experience. Responsibilities**Payroll Processing**Prepare and process biweekly or monthly payroll in coordination withfinance/payroll team. Maintain employee timekeeping records, PTO tracking and ensureaccuracy of hours worked. Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepanciespromptly.

Ensure compliance with applicable wage and hour laws and internalpayroll procedures. **Recruitment Support**Post job openings on internal and external job boards and monitorapplicant flow. Screen applications, coordinate interviews and communicate withcandidates throughout the hiring process. Assist hiring managers with scheduling interviews and preparinginterview materials. Initiate background checks, employment verifications pre-employmentprocesses. **Onboarding & Offboarding**Facilitate The Onboarding Process IncludingEnsure all new hire documentation is completed and filedaccurately. Coordinate offboarding tasks including exit interviews, finalpay and access removal. **General HR Coordination**Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries anddirect employees to appropriate resources.

Maintain and update employee files and HR databases, ensuring dataaccuracy and confidentiality. Assist in maintaining HR policies, procedures and compliancedocumentation. Support benefits administration by answering employee questions andassisting with enrollments/changes. Help coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programsand internal communications. Prepare HR reports, track metrics and assist with audits or datarequests as needed. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee information andcompany data. Support other HR projects and initiatives as assigned. QualificationsAssociate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration or related field preferred. 2+ years of HR experience, including payroll and recruitingresponsibilities. Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (e.

g. , ADP, Paycom,Paylocity, UKG) preferred. Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, and relevant laborlaws. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. rAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism anddiscretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). RequirementsPosition is primarily based in an office setting with frequentinteractions in the warehouse. Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
