Casino Operations Manager

Company Overview: Bettorify is a fast-growing B2B iGaming platform provider delivering beyond-ordinary white-label and turnkey casino solutions for operators across Asia and Europe.We’re looking for a Casino Operations Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day casino operations across multiple B2C brands hosted on our platform. This is a hands-on, proactive role for someone who thrives on accountability, structure, and measurable results.Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all casino operations across multiple B2C brands running on the Bettorify platform. • Continuously monitor and analyse performance metrics, game data, and player behaviour to identify trends and optimise results. • Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability across brands. • Coordinate internal teams - including Content, CRM, and Bonus Management - ensuring full operational alignment.  • Oversee and align the overall strategy of managed service departments (Customer Support, Payments & KYC, CRM), ensuring smooth cooperation and efficiency across projects. • Lead and supervise new casino website setups, from structure and content alignment to testing and launch readiness. • Collaborate with marketing teams to support acquisition and retention campaigns, ensuring operational readiness and flawless execution. • Manage relationships with game providers, monitor content performance, and ensure timely portfolio updates. • Work closely with the product and technical teams to identify improvements that enhance platform performance and player experience. • Provide detailed reporting, insights, and recommendations to improve efficiency and business outcomes.Requirements • 3–5+ years of experience in casino operations or management within the iGaming industry. • Proven track record of contributing to revenue growth and profitability through operational excellence. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven and proactive in spotting issues before they arise. • Experience managing multi-brand casino setups, preferably on the platform or aggregator side. • Excellent communication and coordination abilities across cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with CRM systems, casino back offices, and analytics tools. • Highly organised, dependable, and capable of independent decision-making in a fast-paced environment. • Fluent English is required; Russian is preferred.Why BettorifyAt Bettorify, operators aren’t just clients - they’re partners.
