As an Overnight Nurse Supervisor at Elim Wellspring, you will supervise the clinical care of residents by assigning different tasks to nurses within the department. Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related careManage and assign tasks to nursing staff on the assigned unitWork with the DON to ensure compliance with state and federal regulationsNotify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessaryMonitor in-house transfers, transfers to other facilities, and discharge planningDocument and maintain paperwork, referral records, and reportsDisplay a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staffStep in to support the nursing floor and provide direct patient care when neededPerforms other duties as assignedRN Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:
Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) license requiredLong term care experience required.
