Casting and Production AssistantLocation: Peru (Remote)Employment Type: Full-TimeReporting To: Executive ProducerAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Casting and Production Assistant to support our team in delivering exceptional services to our clients. This role involves coordinating casting and production logistics, ensuring seamless communication between clients and talent, and contributing to the smooth execution of projects. You will work closely with our Executive Producer to manage key client accounts and ensure that all projects meet deadlines and quality expectations.This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and creative team serving high-profile clients in the production and creative industries.Key Responsibilities:Casting Coordination:Assist in sourcing and shortlisting talent (models, actors, photographers, etc.) based on client requirements.Schedule and manage talent auditions, callbacks, and fittings.Maintain an up-to-date database of talent profiles, portfolios, and availability.Ensure all casting deliverables are sent to clients promptly.Production Support:Coordinate with clients to confirm project briefs and timelines.Handle production logistics, including booking locations, managing schedules, and organizing shoot details.Act as a point of contact for clients during projects, ensuring clear and timely communication.Provide support on set when required, ensuring smooth operations during production.Administrative Tasks:Track project budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with approved estimates.Generate and send detailed project reports, including casting submissions and production updates.Ensure all documentation, including contracts and release forms, is signed and filed properly.Liaise with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and payment tracking.Client Relationship Management:Build strong, professional relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.Address client queries and concerns promptly and effectively.Ensure that projects align with client expectations and brand guidelines.Skills & Experience Required:Previous experience in casting, production, or project coordination.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and Spanish, if required for the role).Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack).Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.Ability to problem-solve and adapt in fast-paced environments.Preferred:Knowledge of the creative and fashion industries.Experience working with international clients and teams.Familiarity with casting software or databases.What We OfferA dynamic and creative work environment with opportunities to grow.Hands-on experience working on high-profile projects with global brands.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and performance.Flexible working arrangements.How to ApplyIf you’re passionate about casting and production, thrive in dynamic environments, and want to contribute to innovative projects, we’d love to hear from you.
