We are currently recruiting for a Spa Receptionist to join our expanding Team.
If you have previous experience in a similar role we would love to hear from you , but this is not essential. What we require from our applicants: To take appointments in a professional manner, ensuring salon genius is kept up to date and all relevant information is recorded appropriately. To maintain all client consultation cards, ensure accurate details are obtained including medical information and ensure these files are kept confidential. Management of the reception desk, ensuring the desk is kept neat and tidy and adequately stocked. To upsell retail products and advise clients and guests on skincare.
