Here at Australian Turf Club, you will be rewarded with a unique, diverse, and exciting employment experience at our Rosehill Bowling Club venue.This is a casual position with shifts available from Monday to Sunday, where you will support the various business and social events held at The Club throughout the year.THE PERKSAbove award rates,Paid meal breaks,Exposure to large scale and exciting events,A supportive, tight-knit, and collaborative team, Close and convenient location – easily accessible from public transport with some parking available onsite. 3-4 shifts a week.No Graveyard shift (The Club is normally closed between 11 pm and 1 am).The Day-to-day ResponsibilitiesProvide a high level of customer service that is at all times courteous, helpful, friendly and efficient.Oversee bar, kitchen and gaming operations to ensure smooth service and compliance with regulation.Assist or manage in day-to-day operations of the Club – open and close, back of house administration, stock control and operational reporting.Receive and store beverage, dry goods and operational supplies as per the Club’s policies and proceduresManage cash-handling, gaming reconciliation, and security procedures accurately.Perform supervisory and operational duties across the function area, including client liaison, facility presentation, service standards, flow of service and presentation to ensure the highest possible standards are achieved.Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.What we are looking for?Hold a current RSA and RCG certification (mandatory).3-4 years’ experience in hospitality, a Club or Pub environment.
