Deliver warm, attentive service across our restaurants, bars, and events, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience in the beautiful Hunter Valley.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide friendly, professional service to guests in restaurants, bars, and during eventsTake orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visitSet up and clear dining areas, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standardsAssist with event setups and service as requiredWork across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts as per rosterQualifications What We’re Looking For:Previous hospitality or customer service experience highly regardedStrong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional serviceA team player with a positive, professional attitudeFlexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidaysBe part of a supportive team and create memorable experiences for every guest in a stunning Hunter Valley resort setting!Additional InformationAt Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
