Casual Shift Manager – Captain PizzaRun great shifts. Get paid for impact. Option to take on more + earn more.Role Type: Casual (evenings & weekends essential)Locations: CorrimalCore Responsibilities (on-shift) Run the shift end-to-end: coordinate the team, manage pace/quality, solve issues fast. Organise prep to be completed on the following night. End-of-shift takings: cash-up, reconcile, submit figures accurately. Stock ordering (EoS): place end-of-shift orders for the following nights. Train on the basics: coach new team members on standards, accuracy, speed, and service.Optional Add-Ons (paid extra outside rostered hours)For the right person who wants more responsibility and extra pay:Weekly KPI wrap + ops notes (wages %, wait times, late orders, reviews).Rostering & managing coverage swaps.Stock & waste tracking.Update and improve checklists/training content.Bonus Opportunity (optional) KPI-linked bonuses available for motivated managers who take on add-ons and deliver results (e.g., wages % vs revenue, COGS control, net positive Google reviews, wait times, late orders).Clear targets, transparent tracking; bigger impact → bigger bonus.You’ll Succeed If You’reCalm under pressure; keep shifts tight and on time.Systems-minded; you use checklists and close loops.Numbers-aware; you care about ETAs, accuracy, and clean cash-ups.Available most Fri–Sun plus 1–2 weeknights.What You GetCompetitive casual rate + penalty rates as applicable.
