Junior Engineer

As part of this commitment, we are continuously developing our on-site teams to support the advancement of customer operations. We are seeking a Junior Engineer to support packaging equipment operations. This role is well-suited to someone early in their engineering career who is looking to gain hands-on experience in maintenance systems, equipment support, and project work within a GMP-regulated environment.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop Equipment Spare parts management system in collaboration with Maintenance TeamSource identify equipment spare parts with appropriate equipment vendorsCollaborating with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasksReview current PM tasks and schedules in line with equipment downtime trends to identify implement changes to improve equipment up time. Implementing and managing preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipmentComplete site change management activities for the modification of equipmentSupport cross-functional in-house and external project teamEnsure there is a strong safety culture and performance in the execution of activities.

Qualifications ExperienceDegree in a relevant science / engineering disciplineExperience in technical roleExperience in Packaging Equipment an advantage. Data analyticsExperience in working in cross functional teams and in a GMP Manufacturing EnvironmentUnderstanding of Environmental, Health and Safety requirements of the Pharmaceutical industryStrong understanding of the principles of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)2-3 years (minimum) of engineering experience within a Pharmaceutical environment.
