Category Buyer

As a Category Buyer at DEME Group, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies across HR Services, Business Travel, Car Fleet, and Contingent Workforce categories. You will manage a portfolio of preferred suppliers, ensuring optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability. Working closely with HR and various cross-functional teams, you will deliver compliant and value-driven procurement solutions that support DEME’s HR objectives.You will actively promote procurement best practices across the HR and related departments, driving consistency and efficient processes. As a key liaison between procurement and HR, you will ensure that supplier relationships are managed to meet standards for cost competitiveness, service quality, compliance, safety, and sustainability.
