The team provides deep Food & Beverage expertise across Shopper Analytics & Insights, Consumer Insights, Commercial Intelligence and Category Leadership to build best-in-class capabilities and offer focused programs to drive growth with our customers.Frito Lay Category ManagerThis role will help lead the Strategy and Business Intelligence support on the Frito Lay Kroger Category Leadership team. The primary objectives of this role are to drive accelerated growth, market share gains, and elevated customer partnership via Shopper/Customer Insights. Key accountabilities include leading the shopper and consumer insights support for Kroger and Frito Lay Joint Business Planning, Internal Frito Lay Initiatives and for discovering new opportunities to drive future business growth.ResponsibilitiesWork across PepsiCo and Kroger teams to lead transformational big bets initiatives on the Natural Bag Snacks, Warehouse Snacks and Immediate Consumption businessesHelp lead insights partnership for the development, implementation and tracking of the Joint Business Plan with Kroger and the Frito Lay Annual Operating PlanEnsure insights and plans drive category growth, market share expansion and financial plan successDevelop impactful content to convey growth opportunities to internal and external partners across the main levers of our business with focus on assortment, space, promotions, pricing and displaysUtilize information from multiple sources such as 84.51 Stratum, OnDemand, Circana POS, Circana Panel, Numerator and internal research to identify opportunities and develop growth strategiesDevelop into a subject matter expert in using 84.51 Stratum to understand the Kroger shopper and how strategies impact their shopper behaviorsProvide high-level category insights support for Top-to-Top Meetings across Kroger DivisionsDevelop strong working relationships with Kroger, 84.51, PLM, Internal PepsiCo teams and all relevant business partnersLead and manage Associate Analyst position directly reporting into this roleCompensation and Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
