Our mission is to integrate scientific excellence, patient access, and sustainable growth in one of the most dynamic healthcare segments in Europe.About the RoleWe are looking for a Category Manager to take a strategic ownership of the Medical Cannabis portfolio, shaping Cosma’s product and market positioning in Poland and – progressively – across selected EU markets. This is a 360-degree role, combining analytical insight, market intelligence, and commercial strategy. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with marketing, medical affairs, regulatory, and business development teams to drive category performance and long-term profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement category strategies for the medical cannabis portfolio in Poland and selected EU markets.Monitor competitive landscape, pricing dynamics, and patient/physician trends to inform strategic decisions.Identify new growth opportunities (new strains, formulations, packaging, market segments).Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders: distributors, pharmacies, physicians, and suppliers.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define positioning, communication, and go-to-market plans.Evaluate category performance through data analysis (sales, market share, margin, volume forecasts).Prepare strategic recommendations for portfolio optimization, product launches, and expansion initiatives.Provide leadership on category insights for management and investor communications.Candidate Profile5+ years of experience in category management, product strategy, or business analytics (pharma, medtech, FMCG, or related).Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing models, and regulatory frameworks in healthcare or life-science.Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business insights.Excellent analytical and communication skills; proficiency in Excel/BI tools.Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work in fast-evolving markets.Experience within the medical cannabis sector is highly appreciated but not required.Fluent English (Polish is a strong advantage).Why CosmaOpportunity to shape a pioneering category in one of the fastest-growing therapeutic sectors in Europe.Exposure to executive decision-making and international expansion projects.A dynamic, mission-driven team combining pharmaceutical expertise with innovative thinking.Competitive compensation structure and growth potential within a listed organization.
