Description:1. Conduct research and analysis on the Korean market, categories, users, and e-commerce platforms; gain in-depth understanding of Korean macro policies and compliance strategies; coordinate internal teams and produce market analysis reports2. Explore consumption trends and user habits, provide support for strategy formulation and category planning by taking into account platform data and platform direction, as well as promote the implementation and execution of category initiatives3. Identify business opportunities and qualified Korean partners (vendors/suppliers/sellers), build partner relationship and manage partner operation performance4. Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to provide data support for business strategy formulation, establish a daily data monitoring system and analytical methodology5. Coordinate internal resources, establish a resource allocation system, collaborate with the platform center team to ensure effective docking of products and resources, monitor efficiency and performance, to achieve business objectivesRequirements:1. 3+ years’ experience and proven background in retail and/or consumer brand companies, and be familiar with the e-commerce industry, have profound understanding and clear insights on the Korean market, equipped with a data-driven mindset and systematic thinking2. Or 3+ years’ experience and proven background in e-commerce industry, and in charge of specific categories, have profound understanding and clear insights on the Korean market, equipped with a data-driven mindset and systematic thinking3. Ability to comprehensively utilize resources, with strong market or industry analysis skills4.Possess good business sense with critical thinking, excellent cross-departmental coordination and communication skills, able to propose solutions and complete execution by consolidating information from multiple resources5.Proficient in data analysis and deep dive, displays strong capability to summarize methodology, have a systematic understanding and insights on the business6.Strong verbal and written communication skills (business level) in both Korean and EnglishPreferred qualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skills (business level) in Mandarin, i.e., fluently speak, read and write business emails and messenger messages in Mandarin.
