Together, we’re shaping the future of modular construction with innovation, flexibility, and a strong local presence.Your New RoleAusco Modular is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and lead the development and implementation of category strategies for the procurement of transport services across the organization. In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver impactful solutions and optimize business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and align on category strategies and sourcing activities.Develop, implement, and maintain category strategies aligned with business requirements.Conduct market analysis, end to end sourcing, and supplier negotiations to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.Negotiate, implement and manage contracts with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.Manage supplier relationships and service delivery.Drive cost-saving initiatives and meet procurement objectives and targets.Promote Health, Safety, Environmental, and ESG initiatives within the category.Support global improvement projects and procurement strategies.Skills & Experience:A minimum of 5 years in Category Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.Strong communication and relationship management skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage complex change projects.High proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, and ERP systems.Experience in procurement processes and delivering results against targets.Degree qualification in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred.CIPS Level 4 Diploma or equivalent is advantageous.We support your wellbeing, work–life balance, and career growth with a wide range of benefits, including:Fully paid gym memberships through our Health & Wellness Program Employee Assistance Program (EAP) covering lifestyle, career, financial, and family Salary sacrificing and novated leasing options Paid parental and partner leave Corporate discounts on health insurance and eyewear Apply Now!
