You'll lead strategic sourcing initiatives for outsourced research services, ensuring supplier excellence and compliance with regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sourcing strategies for R&D categories (e.g., CROs, lab services, clinical supplies).Lead RFx processes, supplier negotiations, and contract finalization.Collaborate with internal stakeholders across R&D, Legal, Finance, and Quality.Ensure supplier compliance with GxP and other regulatory frameworks.Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.Deliver cost savings and value creation aligned with business goals.Ideal ProfileProven experience in biotech/pharma procurement, ideally in R&D categories.Strong understanding of GxP and clinical development processes.Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus.Available to start within 2-4 weeks.
