A comprehensive onboarding program, diverse and tailor-made training opportunities, a colourful and dedicated team with exciting tasks are just some of the benefits we offer you!Your ResponsibilitiesLead supplier price and contract negotiations to secure optimal terms and conditionsDevelop and implement category strategies aligned with business goalsDrive cost reduction initiatives across assigned categoriesEstablish and maintain a strategic supplier panel to ensure long-term supply securityShare relevant market insights with internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-makingOrganize and conduct regular business review meetings with key suppliersEnsure competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms through strategic sourcingDraft, manage, and ensure compliance with supplier contractsMeet key performance indicators (KPIs), with a focus on cost management and supplier performanceBuild strong supplier relationships and secure long-term contingency planningFoster cross-functional collaboration to align procurement strategies with corporate objectivesEngage in active communication and negotiation with suppliers to achieve best-value outcomesOur RequirementsMaster’s degree in Business Administration or at equal level through experience; in-depth understanding and knowledge of the industry is a plusProven track record of over 5 years in the procurement or supply chain sector, with a strong emphasis on strategic sourcing and supplier relationship managementExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive cost-saving initiatives, achieving measurable improvements in efficiency and profitabilityStrong negotiation skills and experience in managing complex contract negotiationsForward thinking, self-directed, capable of taking independent actions, and ability to take decisions that drive business performanceProject management skills to support procurement initiativesKnowledge of computer software, including ERP systems and digital procurement toolsFluent in written and oral English (Level C1), any other language is a plusWillingness to travel (approx. 5-10%)Ready to start?
