Do you want to join a fast-growing international tech and manufacturing company that is in the forefront of reducing emissions?We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Category Sourcing Specialist to contribute in the development of our Supply Chain and to join our team at our headquarters in Bergen, Norway, reporting to VP Supply Chain & Logistics.Key responsibilities: Develop and executing category strategy and sourcing plansIdentifying, evaluating, and building relationships with suitable supplierNegotiate and manage favourable agreements with suppliers Leading initiatives to identify and implement cost, lead time, and risk reductions in supply chain and procurement processesFacilitate required support to establish purchase and vendor approval of items in suppliers’ portfolios Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Analyse and monitor market trends in supplier industries Working with other departments to align sourcing strategies with business objectivesEducation and work experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related fields.
