Working closely with the Global Category Director – Direct and collaborating across regions, manufacturing sites, and corporate functions, you’ll contribute to strategic procurement initiatives that optimize cost, quality, and service performance.This position is based at our Villeret production site in the canton of Bern.Your RoleExecute sourcing activities in line with the global category strategy, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulations, and ethical standards.Manage supplier relationships and performance across assigned categories to ensure consistent quality, delivery, and value.Conduct sourcing events using digital procurement tools (S2C), from supplier onboarding to contracting.Drive cost and process improvement initiatives, tracking progress and reporting measurable results.Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in SAP and digital procurement systems, supporting transparency and efficiency.Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business units and functions to ensure seamless supply and service delivery.Your ProfileBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or Economics (or equivalent).3–5 years’ experience in procurement, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.Experience with digital sourcing tools (S2C) and SAP P2P processes.Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM are an advantage.Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with sound judgment and attention to detail.What Makes You a Great FitYou thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where you can combine your analytical thinking and relationship-building skills to drive results.
