Key ResponsibilitiesTo assist the branch to maintain, review and implement system enhancements on the branch’s AML systems (Actimize)To liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve system milestones to improve overall efficiency and effectivenessTo oversee full project lifecycle, ensuring all phases are well documented and effectively communicated for presentation and reporting purposes, involving:
(a) Extraction/Provision of information(b) Performing Testing and Review (UAT coordination, etc)(c) Suggestions and review of process(d) Training to relevant stakeholdersUndertake reviews and maintenance of system infrastructures on a periodical/ad-hoc basisTo ensure relevant policies and procedures are updated for the aboveLead Proof of Concept engagements, collaborate with third-party vendors and/or service providers to evaluate, select, and manage AML/CFT solutionsTo be able to train/guide relevant staff on system enhancements/implementationsJob RequirementsMinimum a bachelor’s degree in any related disciplineMinimum 3 years of experience in Actimize systems and its AML related modules Hands-on experience with AML/CFT technologies particularly Actimize systemAttend external and internal training to stay updated with the latest AML trendsRemain updated with MAS AML/CFT legislature, guidelines, etc.
Proficient in spoken and written Chinese & EnglishCertificate in AML, Relevant Systems and other Certifications will be an added advantage
