About The RoleWe’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Graduate to join our growing IT team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive structured training, and grow within a supportive environment. You’ll be hands-on with a variety of technologies, gain exposure to core IT operations, support functions, and technology projects across the organisation. This role involves hands on learning in areas such as infrastructure, support, cybersecurity and project delivery.

This is a permanent full-time role based in our Pennant Hills Head Office. Reporting to the Head of IT & Cybersecurity, you’ll be part of a small, agile team that values autonomy, continuous learning, and doing work that matters. What You’ll Be DoingParticipate in structured learning rotations across hardware support, cybersecurity, and project delivery. Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.

Provide second-level technical support and escalate complex issues appropriately. Contribute to asset management and lifecycle processes. Assist with project documentation, system testing, and change rollout activities. Collaborate with project leads, security analysts, and engineers as required. Update documentation, knowledge articles, and user guides. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For: Recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. (Or pursuing final year of your studies). Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems. Demonstrated interest in one or more of: IT support, cybersecurity, or systems implementation.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective time management and organisational abilities. A current NSW Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle.
