Develop and execute the Group’s marketing and brand strategy in alignment with business objectives to enhance market share and customer acquisitionLead market research efforts to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning to inform strategic decisionsDefine and uphold the Group’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all touchpointsOversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, traditional, and experiential marketing initiativesManage execution of group-level marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events across multiple business unitsCollaborate with product and sales teams to design marketing strategies that support product launches and revenue growthDrive digital marketing efforts, including management of social media strategies and campaigns, to enhance the Group’s online presence and engagementUtilize data and analytics to provide actionable insights and inform decision-making processesDevelop and maintain comprehensive reports on marketing performance, including key metrics and insightsDevelop and manage marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impactEnsure that all marketing and brand activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and ethical practices.
Lead the team, including staff development, performance management and task managementDrive innovative marketing initiatives and creative campaigns that differentiate the brand in the marketQualifications, Skills and experience requiredUndergraduate Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent. A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Business Leadership, with an emphasis on Marketing Management, is an added advantage. At least 10 years of progressive experience in marketing and brand management, with 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within financial services.
