An exciting and challenging career opportunity has arisen within Digital Banking and Alternative Channels Division, CBZ BANK for the position of Relationship Manager, Merchant Services x 2 based in Chinhoyi and Mutare respectively. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Conduct regular client visits and business reviews. Drive revenue growth through increased transaction volumes and wallet share for Merchants and POS terminals.
Identify and acquire new customers as per set targets. Promote and cross-sell the Bank's products and services. Attain and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets. Work with product development teams to introduce innovative solutions. Monitor and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement. Prepare regular sales reports including performance metrics and customer insights. Track and report on client portfolio performance. Manage adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with client portfolios. Qualifications, Skills, and experience required.
Possess a degree in Marketing, Banking and Finance, Business Studies, Economics, or similar from a recognized and reputable tertiary institution. Have at least 5 years of experience in Relationship Management, preferably in the financial services sector or similar corporate environment. Should have extensive experience in Digital Banking, POS systems and Merchant services management. Possess excellent customer and stakeholder management skills. Have solid report writing, communication and presentation skills. Should have solid knowledge and understanding of Environmental, Social and Governance [ESG] principles and protocols and their impacts and mitigation to the Bank and clients.
