Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with various clients as assigned. Take the lead in the assessment of prospective credit facility proposals. Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Participate in identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with various client portfolios.
Contribute to the attainment of monthly and yearly assets and liabilities targets. Cross sell Bank’s products and services. Monitor and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement. Prepare and maintain records of client interactions and sales activities. Support the analysis of market trends and competitor activities. Contribute to the development of business plans and strategies. Track and report on client portfolio performance. Qualifications, Skills, and experience required. Possess a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Metallurgy, Geology or similar from a recognized and reputable tertiary institution.
Should be studying towards a professional qualification such as IOBZ diploma, IMM, ACCA or similar. Possess at least 2 years of experience preferably in the financial services sector or similar. Should have strong report writing and presentation. Possess strong analytical skills. Willing to learn and explore emerging business concepts and methodologies.
