CCaaS Project Manager

The Digital Services CCaaS Project Manager will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects across various departments. This entry level role is ideal for individuals aiming to build a career in project management by gaining hands-on experience under the mentorship of seasoned professionals. The CCaaS Project Manager will support project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.This is a remote role, candidate must be located and eligible to work in Brazil.Job ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination: Assist senior project managers in coordinating and monitoring project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelinesDocumentation and Reporting: Prepare and organize project documentation, including schedules, budgets and risk management plansStakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any issuesQuality Assurance: Assist in inspecting and evaluating projects to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectationsRisk Management: Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategiesProcess Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectivenessSkills And Qualifications1-3 years of project management experience managing complex projects across various industries and or product typesDegree in Business Administration, Project Management, Corporate Education or equivalentProficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant softwareKnowledge in project management methodology, such as PMI, Agile, etc.Experience understanding and monitoring of project KPIsRisk management skillsProblem/crisis management skills - if they occur during the projectHigh level of negotiation and communication skillsAnalytical capacity for data interpretation and report productionFluency in English requiredPreferredExperience with corporate digital products and servicesCertifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Project Management Methodologies (i.e. Certified ScrumMaster)Postgraduate degree in project managementAdditional fluency in French, Spanish and/or PortugueseAbout UsFoundever® is a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry.
